Installation Instructions for HASKO Products:

Before attaching your HASKO products, please ensure that the surface is clean and dry. Avoid attaching the product to a grout line.

1. Loosen the knob by turning counterclockwise until the rubber base is flat. Position the product into the slot in the cup. Note: The slot position is at the bottom of the disc.

2. If you encounter any issues during the initial installation, wash the suction cup, dry it with a hairdryer, and test it on a smooth glass surface. If the suction holds, it means that the initial wall may not be suitable for the suction cup. In this case, please change the installation location. Suction will not work over grout lines or on porous surfaces such as wood, unfinished marble, granite, porcelain, wallpaper, natural stones (e.g., travertines), painted walls, and other bumpy surfaces.

3. The package includes 2x Adhesive Mounting Discs to install your suction shower caddy on a rough surface. Suction will not work on porous or uneven surfaces like grout lines, cement walls, wood, porcelain, marble, wallpaper, natural stones (e.g., travertines), painted walls, or any other bumpy surfaces.

To install your suction shower basket on a rough surface, you will need to use the 3M Discs provided in the package. Please note that you do not need to use Adhesive Mounting Discs if you have non-porous smooth surfaces like smooth tile, glass, or mirror.
